Dimplex Import-Export GmbH introduces itself
The name Dimplex Import-Export GmbH has stood for reliability, competence and quality in the production and wholesale trade of wooden garden products for almost 20 years.
The manufacturer Dimplex Import-Export GmbH evolved over the years from the original trading company. The necessity arose to react faster and more specifically with our own products to the ever growing variety of products and requests of our customers.
The sale of seasonally specific wooden garden articles requires a high degree of organisation and experience. By delivering on time we have been able to build up a solid relationship with our customers.
Our motivation is to live up to our aspirations and is the reason for the success with which the Dimplex Company trustingly works together, both nationally and pan-european with well-known company's in the wholesale trading business.
We know the market and the wishes of our customers. Through our own production at six individual locations in Poland we have the ability to deliver with speed and flexibility. Larger volumes and individual requirements can be implemented within short time spans. We process 300,000 cbm of wood per year, mainly pine from the first cut to the end product. We can therefore guarantee complete quality control.
Over 800 qualified employees manufacturing our products at different locations enables us to deliver "just in time". We have approximately 80,000 sqm of storage area are at our disposal at our manufacturing facilities in Poland. Throughout the months of August to January we manufacture products into storage which are then ready for delivery at any time during the season.
We are able to use part of our enormous storage capacity as a decentralised customer storage facility, so that a customer's previous order is immediately available when the customer requests delivery. Our customers are therefore able keep their own storage areas free and we deliver when the product is required. We therefore take on the complete logistic task for you and, if you wish, deliver to several locations per consignment according to your requirements.
We manufacture and trade approximately 3,000 lorry loads of wooden garden products every year Europe-wide.
Using optimised manufacturing methods on modern equipment we are able to deliver top quality at a reasonable price. Our entire range of products was honoured with the FSC seal because of our environmentally friendly production methods. The wood is impregnated in high pressure vessels in KD green or alternatively KD brown. We use approved chrome free wood preservation salts from Dr.Wolmann (BASF group).
In February 2007 we opened our modern new office and administration building in Bad Lippspringe, a Spa town near Paderborn. We decided in favour of the site near Paderborn due to its central location in Europe and therefore it's nearness to our customers. All processes, from the customer's initial inquiry through the order to the timely delivery are coordinated from this logistics centre.
